just wanted to give you a heads up that dist 12 is having a fundraiser.
shop at carlyle IGA on may 7th through may 9th and IGA will donate 10% of the purchase to Dist 12.
all you have to do is give the cashier your pledge sheet. (i have pledge sheets if you want one)

super value trip 5/2/2009
ok so at super value this week. i used no coupons.
i seem to have lost my receipt.
but here are the deals i saw.
colonial sandwich bread 3/4$ (1.33 each)
i got 2, even though i prefer wheat of whole grain.
Milk 1.99 (skim, 1% or 2%)
with coupon from flyer. although i didn't have coupon and still got the price.
Jacks pizza 4/10$
(we don't like jacks here so none for us)
flavorite ketchup 2/2$ or 1$ each
(i got 5) we go through a lot of ketchup
flavorite bbq sauce 3/3$
actually missed this one. this bbq sauce isn't bad though
paper towels 3/3$
there brand (i don't know the name) i bought one.
bar s hot dogs. .88 cents
got 4 (all that was out) i always buy lots of hotdogs when they are on sale.
creamette pasta 4/4.50$ (1.12 each)
i got 2 elbow noodles and 2 more spaghetti (i have so many packages of spaghettie noodles.
lipton pasta or rice sides 4/3.95$ (.98 cents each)
hmm maybe i should of got some of these.

Tues: Sloppy Joes and chips (had the chips already)
Wen: Chicken quesidias (need chicken, have salsa, sour cream and cheese)
Thur: Spaghetti
Fri: Pork Chops, sweet potatoes, veggies (need chops, potatos, and ranch dressing)
Sat: emily's b-day party
Sun: BBQ (need meat and bbq sauce)
Mon: Beef Stroganoff ( need meat, sour cream, olive oil, beef broth, noodles, have some noodles cream of mushroom soup.)

recycling
do you recycle? if you don't you should.
and the Community Link has made it easier to recycle in my area. they now have a drop off recycleing center. you just drive to the back of the East building (the one across from detmer automotive) they take paper, plastic, cardboard, and aluminum beverage cans.
they are open from 9 am to 3 pm. if the garage door is closed and no one is there, than ring the bell. the first time i went everything was open. i went today and it was all closed, but all i did was ring the bell and someone came.
here is a copy of there flyer. i keep it on my fridge.

B is 5 years old today
B is years old today, can you believe it. it seems like he was just born. We had his birthday party yesterday. of course my batteries in my camera went dead, but i did get some good video.

so it is mon, and a whole new set of to do's from the fly lady.
today we are in zone 2 the kitchen.
so here is the list of to dos for the kitchen. i have removed and added some items to make it fit my household.

3 raisen bran 3/5$ 3 1$ coupons= .67 cents each
hamburger buns 3/4 (3 of them) 1.34 each (or somewhere around there)
cream cheese
marshmellow cream

2 cans chef boyrdee

2 liter diet coke
eggs
oil
and a few other things that i can't remember right now.
most of this stuff is for bry's b-day party tomorrow. come back and look at some pix.
