I got oxy wash 1.96  reeces for the boys .50, purex 5.00, bar m hot dogs .88, 4-pull up wipes 1.72(.72 after coupons), 2-huggies 40 ct wipes 1$ (clearance) , jello cups 1$, salt .54, animal cracker 1.94, flour 1.50(.75 after coupons)

i also got a wallet and a new booster seat for B, but I don't count those towards this budget.

Sweet Potatos

Sweet Potatos are .25 lb at Walmart.

S, I and the boys made an impromptu trip to Walmart the other nite, just for something to do.

We spent a lot of time in toy department.. that was fun.

and we did a little grocery shopping.  The best deals that I remember were  the sweet potatos at .25 a lb, and regular potatos which where just over a dollar for 10lbs (1.50 i think)

if your wondering what to do with sweet potatos 5$ dinners has a recipe for sweet potato fries, that are very good.  We had those tonight.  At lunch today I made mashed sweet potatos, the boys had a little and i forze the rest for later use.


I have two sweet potatos left, that I plan to use to make fries N really ate these up tonight, and I was very happy to see him eat a veggie so easily!!

Target Trip

techiniquely this trip was on sun so it was last week. But it was a sad trip. We as a family went, and I used very few coupons. We bought stuff like underwear, adn t-shirts. I wish I hadn't gone so early in the week, really no good coupon match ups where posted yet, and now they are. So I am debating making a trip over there. I probally won't though, that is a little bit of a treck when I have already gone this week, their are some decent wal-mart deals this week so I guess I will go there instead.
